We continue to promote a supportive, caring, and nourishing environment for all creatives who join our team. Please note that all roles at Paper Mountain are currently on a voluntary basis, and is greatly appreciated.

At Paper Mountain we endeavour to create opportunities for learning and skill development for those interested in the arts. Through our various departments, Mountaineers can experience aspects of arts management from gallery attending, front of house, events management, artist liaison, and much more.
Gallery Attendants are the face of Paper Mountain. Their main responsibility is to make all studio artists, common room members and visitors welcome. It is important they have knowledge of exhibitions and events coming up in the space and promote it to our visitors.
Front of House
Bar and Ticketing attendants are what keep our Events running smoothly. Whether it's opening night of an exhibition, to a deejay set, or a networking event, you will have the opportunity to build your skills in bar and ticketing whilst enjoying the myriad of events, and socials happening at Paper Mountain. When applying for these roles, please send through a current RSA with your email.
