Paper Mountain is a volunteer run ARI dedicated to supporting a diverse and inclusive contemporary art community. Working with Paper Mountain involves working with artists and audiences to nurture experimentation, to challenge artists’ practices, and to encourage collaboration and the sharing of skills & resources.

This role is a leadership position with a focus on developing and implementing strategies. A Co-Director oversees daily activities within Paper Mountain providing feedback and guidance to their team while seeking out new opportunities for our organisation to grow.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the organisation including emailing with public, maintaining daily budgets as well as general maintenance of the venue. You will also provide relevant feedback and support to staff members.
We're seeking an enthusiastic Development Manager to grow our reach through new relationships, partnerships and sponsorships with relevant arts organisations and prominent industry professionals.
We're looking for a Financial Manager to be responsible for maintaining daily expenses, invoicing and processing basic financial information.
Gallery Attendants are the face of Paper Mountain. Their main responsibility is to make all studio artists, common room members and visitors welcome. It is important they have knowledge of exhibitions and events coming up in the space and promote it to our visitors.
